Provides robust fine control of solutions in a gravity fed perfusion system, or for vacuum control in other applications.

The FR-50 / FR-55S is a convenient tool to adjust both solution flow rates or vacuum pressure in a variety of applications.

Solution flow is adjustable from zero to maximum (nominally 10 ml/min measured with a solution head of 30 cm), and both units have calibrated adjustment rings to faclitate returning to a predetermined setting.

The FR-55S includes a convenient on-off switch for interrupting the flow without disturbing any set settings.

Both holders are compatible with our In-line Solution Heater Holders which can provide a secure footing for either the FR-55 or FR-55S.

The FR-50 and FR-55S couple directly to standard PE-160 tubing.
